Video Borescope VH2

The BIPOL VH2 Video Borescopes contain a brighter, higher resolution, more durable camera, delivering sharp, clear photos and videos in a wide range of demanding inspection applications. The new, larger 5” LCD screen provides detailed close-up views, has a 2X zoom function, mirror image capability, and easy-touse intuitive controls. We’ve designed a new articulation mechanism, and increased the range to +/-150 deg. The insertion tube has rugged, 4-layer construction, with a crush resistant stainless steel inner layer, and an abrasion resistant Tungsten outer layer which is urethane impregnated for smoother insertions. New optional 90° DOV Prism Tip works seamlessly with the VH2. BIPOL VH2 Video Borescopes are available in diameters of 4 and 6 mm, lengths of 1.5m, 3.0m, and 6.0m.

Bscope Rugged Waterproof Videoscope

Our video endoscope Bscope RUGGED is a lightweight portable video unit built to meet the needs of modern remote visual inspection. Its robust, water and dust proof, but still light and portable construction allows operator to work in hard to reach and confined areas in harsh environments. Images and videos can easily be recorded with our 1 hand control panel located just under the LCD screen. All Video probes of our HD & HR line can be connected directly or via a extension cable to the video unit. Light can be adjusted manually with a knob located on the side of the Bscope HD PRO main unit. This is very helpfull when inspecting reflective or polished surfaces in stainless steel for example

Borescopes are packed with high quality lens systems. The advantage of borescopes is its high image quality & robust construction. Employing mirror tubes, the direction of view can be changed. Furthermore, direction of view and field of view can be specified with lens systems. A fiberscope is a flexible fiber optic bundle with an eyepiece on one end and a lens on the other that is used to examine and inspect small, difficult-to-reach places.

Wire Rope Testers

Ferrite Meter

The Diverse Ferrite meter MF300F+ measures the Ferrite number (FN) of austenitic and duplex stainless steel weld material. It has a probe that is sensitive to ferrite content in a 10 mm area to a depth of approximately 1 mm. The instrument is calibrated using the secondary world standards held at The Welding Institute. All 16 standards are used in the calibration giving an instrument with a measurement range from 0 to 115 FN. Wire Rope Tester
